Grandpa Kirk and Dana took the grandkids last weekend for some prehalloween fun. Poor Parker was not feeling his best and later found out it was croup. It started on Friday – the coughing, runny nose, and a sore throat. But he made the best of it; he couldn’t wait to go to Grandpa Kirk’s house! I’m not quite sure what all they did over there, but he had a blast and came home with a scary looking pumpkin, Halloween tattoos all over his body, and face paint. What a great time!! To end the evening both Dana’s family and our family (including the Smiths) went bowling and had pizza. It was great to get both families together. Dana’s oldest daughter has 2 boys close to Parker’s age and a daughter around a year old. So they had a lot of fun together.
