Lambie

Parker was chosen to be Star of the Week. Something he has been REALLY looking forward to! Each Thursday at school one of the kids name is drawn and they are the Star of the Week the next week at school which includes taking their class mascot, Lambie, home for the weekend. He actually cried the first week when his name wasn’t drawn, so this week Parker was SO excited! He and I filled out a form that told his classmates all his likes and dislikes and Parker played with Lambie all weekend. Parker also got to take a snack to share with his classmates on Thursday (Puppy Chow – YUM!) and I got to read one of Parker’s favorite books to his class. It worked out perfect that one of Parker’s favorite stories is Mator’s Tall Tales is about Mator being a fire truck and they had a firefighter come talk to the class. It was a great week for Parker!
