I took the softball team up to Lawrence to watch KU play Baylor. Parker joined us girls for the trip. He is always game to watch some softball or baseball.
We had some gorgeous rainbows in May.
Parker got to watch his 2nd cousin play some baseball for Johnson County Community College. Quinton is HUGE and I don't think Parker knew how to act. Quinton is 6'9".
I took Maus out for Mother's Day and she got a little crazy...
I can't believe I have a son that is almost in 2nd grade. I surprised him and brought him lunch at school his last week. He always makes me giggle!
RediWhip anyone...Kendall says "YES PLEASE!"
To wrap up the month, Parker had basketball camp at MHS. He had a good time learning for the high school coaches and players.
And Kendall started teeball!!! I am coaching her team. She said she couldn't wait to be one of "mommy's softball girls."
So far we have had a couple of practices and we have discovered that she doesn't like to share me. We have had some tears, but I'm hoping it will get better with time.
We have been so blessed to find some awesome friends on Parker's baseball team. The boys get along so well and they have a blast together as you can see. The Browns, Zimmermans, and Herringtons. I can tell we will be friends for a long time and have had fun hanging out at each other's houses. Garage drinking, camping out, lake time, and just being together.
My beautiful lunch date
