Wow, it has gone so fast! Great Grandma and Grandpa Woodard got back from their trip in Texas, Arizona, and California, so they were able to finally visit their new great grandson. Parker's stomach is growing slowly, so he is eating more and sleeping longer. That is when he is not being fussy! He is not a colic baby, but he definitely has digestion problems. Poor little guy has bad gas and here lately has had a tummy ache. We took him to the doctor yesterday. Not only did we find out that he has gained some weight - now he is an 11 pounder - but he has a little jaundice again and a sore throat too. I would be cranky too. Today, he seems to be feeling better, so we are hoping for some sleep tonight. That has definitely been one of the biggest adjustments for Kevin and I. I think we both knew our sleeping habits would be different, but had no idea that 3 hours of sleep at night would be a lot.
Maize softball has started so Kevin has had Daddy duty in the afternoon for about 4 hours a day. Most of the time Parker has been pretty good. The team is looking good too. Parker has already made one appearance out at the fields; thought we should show him around. He is already a huge Eagle fan - see he already is wearing his Power Eagle - thanks Grandma Lisa!
