I took the kids to Table Rock Lake this last 3 days. Kevin had to stay behind because he was too busy with work. Not going to lie, it was pretty hectic with 2 kids at the lake. With no baby gates and the house not being baby proof, Kendall needed held a lot. Parker did a great job playing with 2nd cousin Ayden. The kids did an amazing job in the water. Parker loved jumping off the dock or off Grandpa Kirk's boat and he did a great job swimming. Kendall absolutely loved the water. She spent most over her time in her floatie and wasn't afraid of the water at all. She even enjoyed putting her face in. We left Sunday evening (the Smith's joined us) thinking the kids would sleep - boy, were we wrong. Between 4 kids, there were a lot of tears shed in our car on that 5 hour drive! Parker did pretty well until about the last 20 minutes when it was meltdown city. He just kept saying "I want out," "I want to be home," and the phrase he loved the most was "I want to go to bed!" Poor kiddos were DONE being strapped into their car seats. We got to Great Grandma and Great Grandpa's cabin which is absolutely beautiful! It was great before, but then over the last year they added on more space and WOW! It was so nice! With all the family down there, there were about 30 people there and everyone had space to sleep and do their own thing. We were there for 3 days and our schedule was Kendall and Parker woke up around 8 or 9. Then Kendall went down for a nap around 10:30. We ate some lunch and then headed out on the boats. Parker loved Grandpa Kirk's boat and how fast it went. He liked standing on the backseat watching the wake being made. Kendall liked the music that was in the boat. We stayed on the water for about 5 hours then rolled back to the cabin for dinner. Kendall took at bath and went to bed. Parker ran around with Ayden, Addie and Ellah and crashed for the night around 9:00. We had a great time!

Table Rock Lake
The kids were so happy to be home. Parker played with his cars every waking hour for the next day and when Kendall got home she just kept rolling around on the carpet and giggling. And both were SO HAPPY to see their dad again!
Kendall was doing some fingerpainting the none messy way.

End of Baseball & County Fair
Last week we ended tee ball season. Parker had his last game and they received their medals. He did so good this season and he is going to miss playing ball twice a week. His fielding skills really improved and he still LOVES to hit the ball. He was very excited to get a medal!!
YEA! The first baseman caught the ball!
Parker LOVES to slide. He slides into every base. I think he has been watching Mommy's softball girls.
Last tunnel of the season. Parker leads the way.
Caden and Parker are near unseperable.
Kendall did awesome watching her big brother play ball. Lots of HOT games!
Then last Saturday, we headed out to Cheney to the County Fair. This was the first year Kevin and I didn't play in the softball tourney, but we still enjoyed our time out there. Kendall really enjoyed looking at all the animals.
And Parker still loves to ride the rides. He measured 44 inches tall out there, so he got to do a couple of the big kid rides.
And he met up with one of his budddies Rylan. Rylan's mom plays ball on our team and so these 2 boys get to play while we are busy playing ball. I wish they lived closer because Parker really likes to play with Rylan!

Happy 4th 2012
We started our afternoon at Maus's house with some sprinklers and pool time. Ellah and Cassie joined us!
Parker's magic ball trick!
Then we headed over to the Meirowsky house for some yummy bbq sandwiches.
Muscles!
After dinner we headed back over to our house for the fireworks. Aunt Jenny was helping Kendall ride Reagan (Ray-Ray).
Kendall loved the fireworks. She did so good! Especially staying up so late!!
Kendall was telling Grandpa Tom all about them!
Kevin and Parker put on quite the show!
