It's going to be a BABY GIRL!

Well, we went for a sonogram the other day and the nurse said "100% girl!" YEA! One of each for the Meirowsky household; it will be so much fun! We all know that Kevin and I are super excited, but Parker might be even more excited. He is going to be such a good big brother. When I get home from work (or where ever) he always has to give me a hug AND the baby a hug.

Here, she is sucking on her toe. Funny Girl!

Baby feet are always too cute!

Parker has been so excited and how much he has understood has really suprised me! Over the last couple of weeks, he has said some funny things...
This pregnancy has been more difficult than Parker's. Starting the second semester, I've had BAD morning sickness. For about a month, I could count on throwing up every morning. Anymore, it only happens about once a week but that is still once to many if you ask me! About a month ago one day my stomach was killing me and Parker asked "is the baby kicking you?" He is so smart...I don't even think that I had said anything about the baby kicking yet. The things he says always make me feel a little better regardless of how sick I feel. Brings a smile to my face!
The beginning of February is when Parker first started to show an interest in talking to the baby. I was sitting down on the couch one evening and he just came right over, yanked up my shirt and started talking to my stomach. "Hi baby. You ready to come out and play?" I was laughing so hard!
At breakfast one morning, Parker saw my prenatal pills sitting by my drink. He asked what they were and I wasn't quite on my game that morning and I answered by saying it was medicine. Parker then asked "do you have a cough?" I told him I didn't; that is was for the baby. Parker nodded his head and said "ohhh...the baby has a cough." Amazing how things process in his brain!
